Where Upper Cervical Connect processes Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of covered entities (chiropractic clinics and doctors), we do so strictly as a Business Associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.
All PHI processed through our CRM and voice/SMS pipelines is governed by our formal Business Associate Agreement (BAA), executed between Mad Dogs Daughter and each respective clinical practice. Telephony records and consultation messages are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 encryption.

Doctor names, practice addresses, professional license numbers, corporate tax IDs, billing emails, and administrative telephone numbers collected during onboarding.
Patient Intake & Inquiry Data
Patient names, mobile telephone numbers, email addresses, and general consultation inquiry notes submitted voluntarily by consumers through clinic forms.
We uphold strict cellular carrier compliance and respect individual privacy preferences. In accordance with The Campaign Registry (TCR), CTIA guidelines, and carrier requirements:
Mobile numbers submitted through consultation forms, strategy forms, or appointment scheduling links are used exclusively to deliver the specific communication requested (e.g., appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, and clinic coordination).
6. Opt-Out, STOP & Consent Management
You maintain total control over your communication preferences. Any individual receiving SMS messages via Upper Cervical Connect or partner clinics may cancel messaging at any time:
